Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Front Gate/Guest Relations team ensures a positive guest experience by enforcing park policies, verifying admission, and assisting with guest inquiries. Responsibilities include checking bags, monitoring attendance, providing information, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Check bags for prohibited items and enforce park policies.
• Verify guest admission tickets and season passes for entry.
• Track and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Greet guests upon entry and exit, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests with inquiries about park amenities, layout, and services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Process retail transactions, handle payments, and assist with merchandise sales.
• Restock and organize retail items in designated areas.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Applicants must be 16 years and older.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
