• Provide member service and maintain checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Guide members regarding self‑service technology, process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Assist with merchandise handling, zoning, organization, and identification of shrink and damages.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify memberships, secure assets by observing potential criminal activity.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, documentation, and execute emergency response procedures.
• Train new associate members, teach new technology, deliver program rollout training, provide continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
