As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will deliver safe and efficient service in sales and service areas, ensuring member satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and train new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, POS, and in‑person selling techniques.
• Use digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the service experience, and make business decisions.
• Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions.
• Maintain inventory, audit safety standards, report hazards, complete required documentation, and ensure proper packaging.
• Assist members with purchases, resolve issues, and advocate brand quality.
• Comply with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Prioritize work assignments using data, resources, and collaboration; recommend improvements and adapt to change.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00. Premiums may be paid for additional hours up to $3.00 per hour.

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Experience in auto service industry.
• Retail experience.
