Retail Sales Consultant-Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics as indicated by management.
• Serve as a role model and provide assistance for new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned by management.

• Adhere to all policies, paperwork procedures, and company communications.
• Maintain mastery of required systems (e.g., Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4, Paycom).
• Regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Follow all cash depositing procedures and accept responsibility for any deficiencies caused by error or negligence.
• Protect and maintain company assets.
• Apply judgment to avoid fraudulent purchases even if they comply with company restrictions.
• Complete opening and closing store checklists accurately and on time.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain store appearance.
• Complete required training within management timelines.
• Consistently record time and attendance in RQ4.
• Adhere to schedule and provide adequate notice for requested time off.
• Take personal responsibility for all problems within your control.

• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days / 30 hours per week.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation to location, training, and off‑site meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail sales experience of 1 year (preferred).
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred).

Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
