Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the used firearms business including buying, selling, and customer service;
Initiate all 4473 forms with customers and conduct final checks for transfers in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations;
Manage used firearm inventory and strive for highest margin through negotiation and pricing;
Train Outfitters on acquiring/disposing of firearms, market trends, and compliance policies;
Conduct monthly ATF compliance audits and internal audits and coordinate with regional managers and merchandising teams
