Party Coordinator

Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! The ideal team member will serve as the First Point of Contact for Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group.

• You love working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment scene.
• You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You love talking to and selling value‑add to customers.
• All leads are responded to in a timely fashion – the same to next business day.
• You haven't met a goal you can't beat.
• You like booking sales three (3) months in advance.
• You excel at ensuring the customer experience is excellent.
• You have the ability and willingness to resolve conflict quickly and fairly.

• Represent Urban Air with fun and energy when informing guests about attractions and events.
• Sell our amazing party packages, follow up with guests, and ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive financial results to new heights.
• Keep safety first; work in a well‑maintained, safe, secure and sanitary environment.
• Act like you own it – complete all listed duties plus any other duties as assigned.

• Non‑typical family entertainment environment with great food and thousands of visitors.
• Business casual dress code.
• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week.
