Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our products and services.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
Skills
  • Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
