• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).

The physical demands of this position include most of the time spent standing and walking around, moving for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Other movements may include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity and specific vision abilities are required.
