Job Shift: Day

• Welcome prospective residents and families, providing tours and answering questions about our services.
• Coordinate the admissions process from referral through move-in, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners.
• Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate and timely admissions.
• Help grow our census by identifying new referral opportunities and participating in community outreach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Represent our facility with professionalism, compassion, and outstanding customer service.

• Experience in admissions, marketing, healthcare, or long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional community outreach.
