Snelling Staffing – Garland is seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Representative to grow industrial staffing in the Garland market. This is an outside sales role based out of our Garland office, calling on manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers.
You will develop new business, build relationships, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and work with recruiting and operations to ensure successful placements. Compensation includes commission and a base salary.
