Surface Experts Sales Representative

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.

In the Field Daily:

• Meeting with 14-20 contacts a day.
• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups.
• Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Builders... etc.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve.
• Earning the trust with our Customers.

Follow Sales Process:

• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Sale and all the steps in between.
• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly.
• Planning and executing a sales strategy for the territory.

Required Qualifications:

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, coachable/teachable, ambitious, and energetic.
• Strong record of closing new business, preferably B2B sales.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
• Professional, caring and service-minded
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

Preferred

Skills:

• General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
• Experience using CRM tool and process
• Experience working in base + commission environment

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
