• Respond to service calls as needed to help customers dealing with water, fire or mold damage.
• Perform services as assigned, following safety and production guidelines.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all members of your team and our customers.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites, following all State traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety.
• Use phone and tablet to document process progress after proper training.

• Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred – but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Starts at $14.00/hour based on experience and IICRC certification, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour.
