Trillium Construction is seeking skilled racking installers to support a data center project for three months in Garland, Texas.

Pay rate is up to $28/hour.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction, assembly, installation, preparation, and material handling in data center environments.
• Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, handling tools, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Support installation of racks, containment systems, cabling pathways, and related components.
• Assist with basic electrical tasks under supervision, including pulling wire and mounting boxes.
• Travel to project sites and work flexible schedules as required to meet project milestones.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely, following all instructions and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in general labor or construction; experience in data centers is preferred.
• Able to pass background check and pre-employment screenings.
• OSHA 10, fall protection, and scissor lift certified (or willing to obtain certifications).
• Must be able to work in an active data center.
