What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Deliver honest, professional recommendations to homeowners
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site
Represent Milestone with integrity on every call
Complete all service documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

Valid Texas HVAC license required
Proven residential HVAC service experience
EPA 608 certification required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Customer-first mindset and excellent communication
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
