Job Overview:

The Industrial Maintenance Lead will perform skilled electrical/instrumentation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work related to specialized electrical equipment and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, following established trade methods and procedures.

Schedule: M-F 7 am
-3:30 pm. Occasionally OT. Saturdays as need

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
• Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial, cosmetics or food manufacturing environment.
• Industrial/commercial electrical construction experience (conduit bending experience necessary)
• Maintenance Electrician or Industrial/Commercial Electrician License
• Ability to determine materials needs and quote.
• Knowledge of code (generally interior buildout)
• Ability to assess and design circuitry, wire size, components, connections, distributed from panel installation of local disconnects up to 480vac 3-phase.
• Ability to work from lift as needed.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment/production setting is a plus.
• Experience overseeing a small crew as needed.
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, drives, relays, three-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems.
• Preferred experience in the installation and setup VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.
• Able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Capable of install and troubleshoot basic 3-phase motors & control circuits Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches.
