Maintenance Technician; Multi-Trade

Overview

Rocks Strategic Facilities is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. This role involves a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, both interior and exterior, in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across restaurant locations
• Complete plumbing, electrical, and HVAC‑related tasks
• Handle landscaping projects, tree trimming, and exterior upkeep
• Perform concrete and pavement work (minor repairs, patching, upkeep)
• Operate equipment such as a boom lift (up to 50’) for elevated work as needed
• Respond to service calls and assist with emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Valid driver’s license
• Availability Monday–Friday with rotating weekend coverage
