Electrician

TMI Climate Solutions LLC, a division of Marmon Holdings, is launching a new facility in Mesquite, Texas. We are seeking an Electrician to play a key role in assembling and wiring control systems at our manufacturing facility.

• Install equipment such as duct, junction boxes, lights, control panels, and VFDs according to wiring diagrams.
• Bend electrical ducts using bending equipment.
• Measure, cut, and pull wires per specifications and applicable electrical code.
• Connect wires in panels and devices/components.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of electrical circuits in an industrial product.
• Coordinate with other workers involved in equipment or component installation.
• Participate in production tasks of the electrical department.
• Notify the supervisor when equipment is not working properly or requires repairs.
• Ensure work complies with required electrical codes (Canada and United States).
• Respect and sign TQC (self‑inspection) sheets before advancing a unit on the production line.
• Coordinate required electrical tests on units, including connections for tests, start‑up, 120V, controls, etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Certificate or qualification in Electricity (off construction site), DCS or DVS.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment; HVAC experience is an asset.
• Level2 certified Electrician.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical, control, and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of technical documentation and files.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Versatility, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with others.
• Exercise sound judgment and demonstrate initiative.
• Good physical condition.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
