Oversee planning and time management of repairs and projects for assigned stores/regions (Painting/Panel/Exterior/Interior, Glass, Property Damage, Theft, Fire Suppression, Roof, Disaster, Plumbing, Electric, HVAC);
Visit stores daily to respond to repair requests and perform maintenance, repairs and restoration;
Provide cost analyses per project and define scope of work and repairs;
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams; obtain bids and manage ordering of supplies;
Travel routinely to complete daily store visits and monitor contractor performance
