Wiring & Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

The Wiring & Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the precise layout and assembly of commercial electrical systems, combining wiring tasks with mechanical assembly duties. This role requires proficiency in interpreting blueprints and working safely to meet industry standards, while occasionally collaborating with electricians and other trades to ensure successful system integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform wiring layout for commercial electrical systems
• Conduct mechanical assembly tasks according to blueprints
• Test wiring integrity using industry-standard tools such as wire tracers and multimeters
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of wiring configurations and assembly processes
• Occasionally collaborate with electricians and other trades

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical wiring
• High school diploma or equivalent
