Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Route Driver role based in Garland, TX. The Route Driver is responsible for operating company trucks to service vending machines along assigned routes, including stocking products, rotating inventory, and ensuring machines are clean, functioning, and well-presented. The role involves loading and unloading products, performing basic troubleshooting on equipment, and accurately recording deliveries, collections, and inventory levels.

The Route Driver interacts regularly with client contacts and site staff to address service needs, resolve minor issues, and provide professional, courteous support. The position may require occasional schedule flexibility to meet route and client demands.

• Truck operation skills, including safe Truck Driving and familiarity with commercial vehicles.
• Valid CDL Class A or equivalent commercial driving credential, with a clean driving record.
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, team members, and client contacts.
• Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and respond to service requests professionally.
• Ability to lift and move products and equipment as needed, following safety practices.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for minor vending machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Reliable time management and organizational skills to complete routes efficiently and accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior route driving or vending service experience is a plus.
