The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator will perform various clerical tasks to support our warehouse operations. You will undertake various activities in the warehouse, from setting up new products in the system and monitoring inventory activities to arranging shipments and deliveries.

• Monitor inventory activities in the Bento warehouse and third-party warehouses.
• Data entry into the inventory management system of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and adjusting the system.
• Coordinate with driver's supervisor to arrange pick up for certain products.
• Arrange shipment with Purolator, Fed Ex and UPS
• Receive the goods/materials from suppliers.
• Control inventory levels.
• Record lot numbers according to Bento’s standards.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

• Minimum high school diploma
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Reliable and hardworking with great communication skills
• Basic knowledge of mathematics
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
