- - Responsibilities:
Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality and temperature, pallet ti/hi, etc.;
Move received product from the dock into the proper warehouse slots using forklift, pallet jack and hi-low.;
Completes required paperwork for daily receiving, as per U.S. Food service, USDA and SOX requirements; sign and date to authenticate products received are placed into inventory.;
Transport pallet loads of product from dock to correct warehouse slot using powered industrial equipment and insures all pallets are secure in designated slots to avoid damage or injury when product is selected.;
Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels for night shift selection.
