Job Title: Outbound Coordinator, Dragon Shield US

Dragon Shield is seeking a highly organized and operationally focused Outbound Logistics Coordinator to support outbound distribution from our Garland, Texas fulfillment facility
. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, manage order flow, and ensure our customers receive product accurately and on schedule.

This position plays an important role in maintaining shipment accuracy, visibility, and reliability across our North American distribution network.

• Coordinate outbound B2B shipments from the Garland distribution center to customers across North America
• Manage order flow from ERP through warehouse fulfillment to carrier pickup
• Partner with warehouse operations to prioritize daily shipment schedules and ensure timely fulfillment
• Track shipment status and proactively communicate updates or delays to internal teams and customers
• Coordinate with freight carriers, forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation
• Monitor order accuracy and resolve issues related to fulfillment, shipment discrepancies, or delivery delays
• Support major product releases, replenishment cycles, and high-volume order periods
• Maintain shipment documentation and ensure accurate system updates within ERP platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve outbound workflows, shipment visibility, and operational efficiency

• 2–5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, outbound shipping, supply chain operations, or order fulfillment
• Experience working in a distribution center, warehouse environment, or B2B/B2C fulfillment operation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience working with ERP or order management systems
• Strong communication skills across warehouse teams, internal stakeholders, and external logistics partners

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Experience coordinating shipments with freight carriers, LTL providers, or 3PL logistics partners
• Experience supporting high-volume fulfillment or distribution operations

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues before they impact customers
• Strong collaborator who works well across warehouse, logistics, and commercial teams
