Night Shift Warehouse Associate

Ensure that warehouse functions are completed safely, accurately, and on time in accordance with company standards. Working the night shift (5PM – 5AM, Sunday–Thursday), responsibilities include unloading, receiving, and processing inbound products, moving items around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing, and preparing pick locations. Accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound products following customer specifications.

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually and/or using a pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, sit‑down or stand‑up forklift, and standing reach truck.
• Accurately count, verify, and receive products using WMS equipment.
• Document variances.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; correct or communicate hazards to management.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting weights up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods in a cold environment (32°F–6°F).

• General knowledge of math and reading.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience working in a distribution center.
• For some functions:
  Must be able to operate a forklift and pick items as high as 35feet.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel, and lift 30–50lbs as needed.
• Bilingual preferred.
