We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. Our positions are essential business in a non‑retail and non‑public environment. Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Hours:
6:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients.
- Cross‑train across the distribution departments, with specialization possible in inbound operations, commissary, bulk, loading, inventory, or technology.
- Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
- Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
- Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team.
- Load third‑party and internal delivery trucks.
- Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting inventory.
- Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
- Must be comfortable with operating a forklift and/or electric pallet jack.
- Hourly compensation.
- Weekly performance‑based bonus.
- Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate.
- Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels.
- Weekly pay, every Thursday.
- Holiday pay for company‑recognized holidays.
- Daily Pay providing immediate access to earned wages.
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to become forklift and material‑handling equipment certified.
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
- Medical with prescription coverage. Benefit credit of $750 annually, distributed evenly among paychecks throughout the plan year.
