Job Summary

The Inventory Control & Quality Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the quality of products meets company standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock. Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits. Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments. Maintain accurate records in inventory management software. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or quality control are a plus.
Experience:

1-2 years in inventory management or quality control preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or defects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to drive a Reach Truck (will be on one most of the day)
Punctual
Good attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Recent inventory or cycle counting experience
