We are seeking a dedicated Reach Truck Operator and Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and safe operation of heavy equipment within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to streamlined warehouse operations while utilizing advanced equipment such as reach trucks, clamp trucks, and forklifts.

All work performed will adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

• Safely operate reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance or repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Manage inventory by accurately picking orders using various warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker equipment.
• Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Maintain precise stock levels through diligent materials handling, order picking, and inventory reconciliation.
• Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing materials efficiently for timely dispatch.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage layouts and improve overall workflow.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards by following proper lifting techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation guidelines.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
