Position: Receptionist (Full Time)

Responsible for all incoming telephone calls to the corporate office and greeting all visitors.

Job Duties
  • Answer and distribute all incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greet all visitors/guests and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Handle the organization and distribution of company mail.
  • Maintain housekeeping of lobby and conference rooms
  • Process all incoming and outgoing office shipments (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.)
  • Maintain office Google calendars and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as requested.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies to keep the front desk and common areas organized and fully stocked.
  • Any and all other duties assigned by management
Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 2-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Intermediate experience using a computer.
  • Intermediate experience using software programs, including Microsoft and Google.
  • Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
