Lane & Associates in Cary, NC is seeking a Traveling New Patient Coordinator for the Orthodontic department. This role travels between Fuquay, Garner, Durham and Cary offices to assist with new patient consultations.
You are the first friendly contact for new patients, explain treatment options, coordinate care, schedule bonding and recall appointments, prepare contracts, review financials, collect payments and manage communications across locations.
