Project Manager – Construction

Odyssey Contracting is seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial construction projects from contract execution through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule control, subcontractor coordination, cost management, quality assurance, and client communication.

• Project Execution: Take full ownership of assigned projects from pre-construction handoff through final completion.
• Subcontractor Management: Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, enforce agreements, and resolve field issues.
• Budget Control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and protect target gross margins.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Jobsite Management: Conduct regular site visits, enforce safety/cleanliness, and document progress.

Required Qualifications: 3+ years of project management experience in residential/light commercial construction, strong understanding of construction sequencing, and proficiency with construction software.
