• Taking phone orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service with a smile, even over the phone.
• Answering customer questions about menu items, promotions, and delivery services.
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns with patience and understanding.
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and happy customers.
• Performing all duties required to maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhere to the Domino's dress code, and represent the brand positively.
• Maintaining 100% image and consistently applying Domino's pizza‑making standards and procedures.
• Demonstrating hustle and energy in a fast‑paced and efficient work style.
• Displaying a friendly attitude and a smile to all customers.

• Positive attitude and passion for outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Love for pizza is a plus.
