Position: Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

Call Center - Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and provide a fast, accurate and friendly experience for all external and internal customer inquiries.

Job Duties:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls as well as email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Provide price quotes on products or order totals and upsell other merchandise whenever possible.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide knowledgeable solutions.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Use available websites, product manuals, and our intranet to provide detailed information on products, pricing, sand hipping information to each customer.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems and creates credit memos for customer returns.
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints. Escalate issues as needed to management.
  • Give full attention to what others are saying (customers and co-workers), taking time to understand the information, ask appropriate questions and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
  • Must be able to work some Saturdays.
  • Any and all other duties assigned by management
Qualifications for the position:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Strong dependability, self-control, and integrity
  • Excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their customers' needs.
  • Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills
Additional Notes
  • This is an office environment position, with no work-from-home opportunities
  • Shift hours will differ depending on the shift you are hired for
  • No matter the shift, you will be required at some point to work on Saturday
