Supervise psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners
Lead daily interdisciplinary team meetings at 10 am
Monday - Friday schedule with morning core hours
Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist required
Strong leadership and supervision experience needed
North Carolina license required
Focus on data-driven quality improvement
