KS Bank is currently seeking to add a Relationship Banker to our Garner team. Primary duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the branch
• Assist customers by processing bank transactions such as checks and cash deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account questions and other needs they may have
• Build relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and offering appropriate products and services to meet those needs
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, following bank policies and procedures in handling all negotiable instruments
• Respond to incoming phone calls to the branch, providing customers with needed support and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals as needed
• Balance ATM cash and other ATM transactions
• Stay up to date with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures through ongoing compliance training

• Must have previous customer service and cash handling experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen and identify potential customer needs
• Strong math and analytical skills, ability to count cash
• Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks
