Experienced Maximum Assist and Bariatric Caregiver Needed in Clayton and Raleigh NC

Do you have a heart for helping others and the hands-on experience needed to provide safe, respectful care? No Place Like Home Senior Services is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our care team. We currently have clients in Clayton and Raleigh who require maximum-assist and bariatric care.

Current Cases:

• Clayton:
  One maximum-assist client who is 6 feet tall and weighs more than 200 pounds
• Raleigh:
  Two clients who require bariatric care
• Schedules vary depending on the case
• Pay starts at $17 per hour

What You Will Do:

• Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• Provide bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support client comfort, dignity, and safety
• Help with light meal preparation and other daily-care needs
• Follow each client's individualized care plan
• Properly use available transfer and mobility equipment

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience with maximum-assist, total-care, or bariatric clients
• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• A dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background and reference checks

Caregiver safety matters to us. All transfers must be completed according to the client's care plan. When equipment or two-person assistance is required, the transfer must not be performed manually by one caregiver.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
