M365 Power Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior M365 Power Platform Engineer with hands‑on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow to provide essential support and continuity for our Power Platform environment. You’ll step into a key role ensuring stability, performance, and enhancement of existing solutions following the transition of our senior engineer.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Reverse engineer current solutions to identify issues and improve functionality.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration within the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, etc.).
• Design and implement automation that drives efficiency and business impact.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to support long‑term platform sustainability.

• 5+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow.
• Strong troubleshooting and reverse engineering capabilities.
• Experience with Dataverse, API integrations, and data connectors.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
