Level 1 Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Maintenance Technician for our Indian Creek Mobile Home Park located at 1113 Indian Creek Trail Garner, NC 27529.

• Pay Rate: $16-$17.50 an hour

• Oversee the curb appeal of the community and ensure it meets Riverstone Communities’ standards, including:
• Picking up trash around the community
• Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding/weed eating, etc.
• Complete clean outs of homes
• Diagnose and fix residential water/sewer leaks
• Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Read water meters for each home
• Complete day-to-day duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so

• 1-2 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
• Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license
