If your a Licensed Embalmer in AL. this skill would be a great addition to this position.
Requirements- 3-5+ years of experience in the operations of a Funeral Home.
- Licensed funeral director in NC.
- a Valid NC Embalmer License is a great plus+ and very helpful
- Degree from an accredited school of embalming or mortuary science or Adegree in business management or related field is preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues.
- Possesses confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person.
- Enjoys interacting and collaborating effectively with others in a team atmosphere.
- Must posses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle. Offsite appointments will occur in this role including meetings with clients and community events. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel associated with job duties.
- This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
- Base salary pay with a performance-driven bonus plan ($75,000-$100,000)
