** Maintenance Mechanic B

Role Overview
** Oversees and performs repairs on production facility equipment.
** Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*** Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
* Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems.
* Perform equipment installation and welding.
* Records work done on forms provided.
* Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
* Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom.
* Performs equipment changeovers.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Required Qualifications
*** High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial maintenance experience.
* One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience.
* One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as Three Phase.
* Maintenance troubleshooting experience.
* Three (3) years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
* One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with pneumatics.
* Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
* Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
* Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques.
* Good Machine Shop skills.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
