RLG Healthcare is looking for a Hand Bindery Supervisor at our Garner, NC facility. In this role, you will manage daily operations of the hand bindery department, ensuring that production schedules and quality standards are met. You will also provide training and mentorship to employees, and maintain an efficient workflow.
The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with a preference for printing. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.
