What We Need

Operate propane-powered sit-down forklifts to transport and move materials safely and efficiently.

• Operate propane sit-down forklifts to transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
• Operate propane sit-down forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack material.
• Move pallets, skids, boxes, and paper roll stock, and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
• Unload and load raw materials from flatbed and van trailers.
• Complete daily forklift Condition Report.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, cars, conveyors, or lifting devices.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight and other production data as required.
• Operate and follow instructions as directed by an onboard RF unit.
• Record quality and output measures and complete any other necessary paperwork.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior forklift experience required; sit‑down propane forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with others in the immediate work unit and in related support areas.
• Ability to operate Warehouse Management Systems via stationery and onboard computers.
• Demonstrated skills relating to time management and attention to detail.

• This position requires the team member to work with machinery in an environment where there may be fluctuating temperatures and additional department-specific variables. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required and may include hearing protection, safety shoes, high‑visibility clothing, and eye protection.
• Other working conditions may include working 12‑hour shifts, including holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, and stairs are required.
