Job Description
Production Machine Operator BRole Overview
Operates and monitors high speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Maintains all product flow.
- Ensures comprehensive product quality.
- Utilizes computer screens and functions and is familiar with HMI functionality.
- Supports OEE functions on line, interprets data and makes adjustments, as needed.
- Maintains a clean work area and clean equipment.
- Completes all necessary line inspections and reports using computers/tablets on the line.
- Assists with line change over.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three (3) months previous manufacturing experience required.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, with the ability to multi‑task and troubleshoot; critical thinking skills are necessary.
- Ability to interfaces with Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
