• Execute complex print runs by operating advanced flexographic printing presses to meet production targets.
• Ensure product integrity by performing meticulous visual inspections to identify and eliminate defects.
• Maintain operational excellence by documenting production data accurately within the Production Traveler system.
• Uphold a high-performance work environment by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free press area.
• Leverage critical thinking to troubleshoot mechanical or process-related issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and leadership to optimize workflow and achieve superior output quality.

• Proven experience operating flexographic printing machinery.
