Sit down Forklift Operators

Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely move materials throughout a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment for a client of ours Garner, NC. This position operates propane-powered sit-down forklifts and requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity. This is a Night Shift opportunity working 5:45pm-6am.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, transport, and stack materials using a sit-down forklift
• Move pallets, boxes, skids, and other production materials
• Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation
• Use RF equipment to follow instructions and record material movements
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sit-down forklift operating experience
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a fixed 12-hour schedule
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
