Urgent Care APRN / PA-C – Garner, NC (Immediate Sign‑On Bonus)

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Based on Experience) | On‑Site | Permanent

• Obtain an adequate history and perform a thorough physical examination for the presenting problem
• Order pertinent laboratory and radiographic studies as needed based on the initial evaluation
• Make appropriate therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient based on the information gathered
• Administer appropriate medications or treatments as necessary
• Perform minor surgical procedures such as suturing, stitching, stapling, incision and drainage when needed
• DOT certification is preferred; if not currently held, must obtain within 6 months of hire

• Board‑certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• BLS certification
• Active NC provider license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine settings
• Prior experience in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care setting preferred
• DOT certification preferred; required if not possessed at hire
