- Has 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical trial supplies, comparator drug sourcing, or pharmaceutical outsourcing services.
- Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Has experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Possesses strong knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical market, CROs, and clinical trial supply chain (preferred).
- Has experience using CRM systems (SAP preferred) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
