** QC Supervisor

Role Overview
** Provides day-to-day supervision of Quality Control department and functions.
** Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*** Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
* Ensures all syrup, ingredient, and product testing is performed according to guidelines.
* Ensures all lab equipment is calibrated according to guidelines.
* Ensures all concentrate and raw materials are inventoried accurately.
* Maintains accurate record keeping.
* Fills in for syrup blenders and Quality Control Technicians when necessary.
* Provides back-up for the Quality Control Technician and manages Quality Control department in the Quality Control Manager’s absence.
* Responsible for Food Safety where applicable.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Required Qualifications
*** Provides direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians.
