Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner;
Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup;
Modeling our brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image by adhering to our dress code;
Checks in all customers' merchandise for return;
Assists facilitation of customer check-in of firearms/weapons by notifying the appropriate trained and designated Outfitter to complete the guest check-in per company SOP
