This is a part-time on-site role for a Jewelry Consultant based in Garner, NC. The Jewelry Consultant will assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces by providing expert advice and a personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, building lasting relationships, showcasing jewelry collections, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, the consultant will maintain product displays, ensure excellent customer service, and stay updated on jewelry trends and product knowledge.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise to create a welcoming and positive shopping atmosphere.
• Retail Sales skills, including building customer rapport, understanding their needs, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge or interest in Jewelry Design to assist customers in selecting and customizing pieces.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus but not required.
