Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Assist and inform new and returning customers in product selection and purchase
• Troubleshoot audio and technical issues and concerns
• Educate customers on Radio-Active’s quality products, services, and lifetime warranty
• Maintain a clean and friendly work environment where teamwork is rewarded and appreciated
• Responsible for opening and closing the shop Tuesdays through Saturdays, including locking up and running nightly performance reports
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly established sales goals
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• Hard working team player willing to go the extra mile for team members and customers
• Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Car audio knowledge preferred, but not required (we will train you)
• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required (we will train you)
• Cell phone sales and contracts experience a plus

Salary and Perks:

• Hourly pay: dependent on experience (DOE)
